RapidLabs  ·  Studio №01 Private beta · 2026

A studio for
making things,
in the age of
intelligent machines.

Talk to RapidLabs. Describe a part, the way you would describe it to a colleague. We draw it, model it, print it. A robot finishes the build. No CAD required.

Studio philosophy

We believe making
should feel like thinking.

For decades, taking an idea to a physical part has meant translating yourself into software. Learning the tools. Speaking the dialect. Waiting on someone who can.

That is the bottleneck. Not the idea. Not the material. The translation.

RapidLabs removes the translation. You speak. The studio listens, draws, refines, makes. Engineering judgement stays with you. The grunt work moves to the machine.

What the studio does, plainly.

  • 01 Reads your intent. Plain language, sketch, photo. We start where you start.
  • 02 Draws it visually. An image first, so you see it before it becomes geometry.
  • 03 Builds a 3D model. Tweak by talking. No mouse work, no menus.
  • 04 Sends it to the printer. Or a CNC. One click out, no reformatting.
  • 05 Learns from the result. Every print teaches the next one. Quietly, in the background.
The process  ·  Five movements

From thought
to thing, in five steps.

A studio practice, not a pipeline. Each step is a conversation. You stay in charge of the judgement. The studio takes care of the craft.

Movement 01

Speak it.

Describe the part you want. A bracket, a clip, a connector, a vessel. In plain language, the way you would explain it to a colleague.

Input · text, voice, photo
Movement 02

See it.

An image is drawn. You read it like a sketch. Refine by chat. Move a hole. Round a corner. Shorten the arm. Until it looks right.

Output · refined image
Movement 03

Shape it.

The image becomes a 3D model. Spin it, tweak it, parameterise it. Talk to the geometry. The studio holds the CAD knowledge so you do not have to.

Output · STL, STEP, parametric
Movement 04

Make it.

One click and it goes to the printer, the mill, or the slicer. Your file leaves the studio ready to be made. No reformatting. No middlemen.

Output · physical print
Movement 05

Build it.

A robot picks the part off the bed. It identifies, orients, and assembles. The studio closes the loop, from the words you said to the thing in your hand.

Output · assembled product
Capabilities  ·  What the studio does

Six things the studio
does that nobody else does.

No. 01

Talk, don't draw.

Natural language all the way to manufacturable CAD. No menus, no plugins, no learning curve.

No. 02

See it before you build it.

Image first, geometry second. Judge the shape with your eyes, the way you would judge a sketch on the back of a napkin.

No. 03

A closed loop.

Every print, every fit test, every failure feeds the studio's memory. Tomorrow's parts are smarter than today's.

No. 04

Robot ready, by default.

Files leave the studio with assembly instructions baked in. Pin a screw, mark a weld, set a torque. The robot reads what the human meant.

No. 05

One click to the slicer.

Open in Bambu Studio, export to STEP, or hand off to a CNC operator. Your part lands ready for the next room.

No. 06

Human in the loop, always.

The studio drafts. You decide. Engineering judgement, tolerance, fit, finish. None of that is automated away. We respect the craft.

“Every studio is a quiet bet that making things still matters. We are betting that, with the right tools, more people will get to make more things.”
